Worship and prayer are at the very center of our life together as a parish church, and our gathering to hear the Gospel and celebrate Holy Communion on Sundays is at the heart of our worship life.
In addition to our primary gathering on the Lord’s Day, there are a number of other prayerful spaces that we maintain as a community. Below are some ways that you can step deeper into worship at Redeemer.

Ministry Partners are organizations that Church of the Redeemer has pledged to support financially and partner with in hands-on ministry. With each partner we have a parishioner who serves as our primary liaison, keeping us connected and engaged in ministry.

Family Affair Ministries (FAM) has been our sister church among the poor in East Nashville for twenty years. From joint worship services, to a shared emergency food pantry, to providing back-to-school resources for under-resourced families, and so much more, it is Redeemer’s ongoing honor to serve FAM.
Our partnership with Family Affair Ministries has consistently provided us with concrete, joyful opportunities to work toward racial and economic justice in our community. There are always needs and many ways to support this ministry partnership. To learn more about how you can get involved, contact Barbara Weigle.

Anchoring our worship life as a whole is the Church Year, an ancient spiritual pattern based on the story of Jesus’ incarnation, death, and resurrection. The flavor and tone of things at Redeemer varies dramatically along with the seasons: Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Pentecost, Trinity Sunday, and the Ordinary Time of summer and fall.
This rhythm is highly visible on Sundays, but it also means our year is punctuated by a few other high Holy Days as well: Christmas Eve, The Feast of Epiphany, All Saints’ Day, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Ascension Day. We encourage everyone to join us as we draw near to God, marking time according to the Gospel.
We worship together on Sundays at 9:00am and 10:45am at 920 Caldwell Lane in Nashville, Tennessee.
The 9:00am service is streamed live on our Facebook page.
